What factory capacity can you support for OEM bulk orders?
We run a 20,000㎡ integrated production park with 8 dedicated production lines and a 2,300㎡ independent R&D center, supported by over 300 professional technicians. Monthly output capacity reaches 200,000 pieces of waterproof outerwear.
What materials & documents do I need to provide for OEM development?
A complete tech pack, reference samples, fabric specifications and requirements for all custom hardware accessories.
OEM development
Is OEM MOQ higher than ODM? Why?
Yes. OEM requires brand-new pattern development and custom fabric sourcing, resulting in higher initial setup costs.
Who holds the design copyright for OEM finished products?
All patterns, designs and technical copyrights belong exclusively to your brand.
What are the lead times for OEM sampling and mass production?
Sampling takes 5–10 working days for fully custom development. Bulk production takes 60–90 working days after receiving your deposit.
What are your OEM payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, full balance settled before shipment.
Can I customize fabrics, taped seam construction and filling weight for OEM orders?
Yes. All details can be fully customized according to your tech pack requirements.
What R&D strengths do you have for OEM custom projects?
We use 3D virtual sampling for digital design preview and pattern optimization, shortening your pre-production cycle. We maintain long-term joint R&D cooperation with Minjiang University, focusing on eco-friendly recycled functional fabrics, lightweight construction and sports biomechanics tailoring to support continuous product upgrades.
ODM programme
Can I upgrade an ODM style to full OEM development later?
Yes. If you require an exclusive silhouette after market testing, we can carry out full OEM pattern development based on the existing ODM style.
What is the MOQ for ODM orders?
Our ODM MOQ is 500 pieces per style.
Can I purchase exclusive rights to an ODM style?
Yes. You may sign an exclusive agreement with committed order volume to obtain regional exclusivity for the silhouette.
What are the lead times for ODM sampling and mass production?
Sampling takes 5–10 working days. Bulk production takes 30-60 working days (it depend) after sample confirmation and deposit receipt.
What are your ODM payment terms?
30% deposit upon order confirmation; balance payable against copy of B/L before shipment.
Will sample fees be deducted for bulk ODM orders?
All sampling charges will be fully deducted once your bulk order meets our MOQ
